So the navigation on the main page is a little goofy. First off, it is kind of obvious we are using some canned template since the gaming groups are under a section called "Features." Is there any way to change that to something more descriptive?

Second, if you click on one of the gaming groups, like Minecraft, it changes all the options in that "Features" section. That should really remain static when you are navigating around the site. When you click Minecraft, for example, the "Features" list changes to only include Halo: Reach.

Perhaps changing the link at the top that says "Community" to read either "Forums" or "Boards" to be a little less confusing would be a good idea? There have been several less than observant recruits who have had a hard time finding a link to the forums. If the forums are to be such an integral part of Nobility, it may serve us to emphasis them a little more on the main site as well.

These are just a few things I have noticed. As we get more traffic, it would serve us to look a little bit more professional and up-to-date.

Yeah I have realized all that stuff and havn't had time to implement it at all yet. Way to busy.

Well you aren't the only person with access, Wraith. What does the "site owner" do in his spare time? Besides eat babies of course. ;-)

Jase Can't code .. I may have to get admin access to the my own forums and start learning how to use this thing so we can have others to help out. We don't want to get stuck dumping everything on one or two people..

Your telling me trying to work with his code for the homepage hinders me so much I had to pull it into Dreamweaver when ever I work on it.

Well to be honest I haven't done programing or much beyond basic web coding in close to 10 years. But I could pick up enough to help out.

Well, Jase has never had any real coding experience. I may not be a web developer, but I bet my experience in Fortran, C, and Matlab would at least HELP make it not a mess if I tried to learn it. Haha

I actually think Jase is going to get a professional design next year sometime which will be very nice. I am more fluent in HTML than PHP which is what our site runs.

Well all the Jase bashing fun aside.. things with the site aren't all that bad. And while you dont want too many people messing with teh code I think we should have a few people we can spread teh work too when Wraith and Jase get too busy. Editors as it where rather than Main site design.

What we really need now is people writing reviews and articles for the homepage that way it will give me an excuse to build those portions of the website. This christmas break I might be able to get it looking a lot nicer except for a couple things I am not sure how they are working like the cutenews thingy sora put in which doesn't want to corporate with me on opening the news in a different layout page when a person expands it.
